Cost-benefit and efficiency analyses

While the cost- effectiveness analysis asks about the effects of a given action, the efficiency analysis focuses on the cost-benefit balance. The cost-benefit analysis is an instrument to clarify whether the result (the benefit) of an action justifies its expenditure (the costs). Cost-benefit analyses are used in companies and numerous areas of public services to support decision-making.

We offer our clients a wide range of cost-benefit, productivity and efficiency analyses in order to substantiate concrete policy actions on empirical evidence and to assess retrospectively whether the implementation of the action was beneficial.
