Gender and Diversity
Diversity and equal opportunities regardless of gender, race and origin are at the centre of public discourse in the 21st century. At DIW, these issues have long been taken into account in the form of the annual DIW Managerinnen-Barometer (DIW Women in Management Barometer).
We would like to make this expertise available to our customers. This includes, economic analyses of the gender gap in the labor market as well as the evaluation of family policy measures such as parental benefits, the expansion of daycare facilities or family related tax incentives. thus, we can provide valuable insights for advising political decision-makers and other social actors.
