Prof Dr Artem Korzhenevych

Prof Dr Artem Korzhenevych is Senior Research Associate at DIW Econ and Professor of Economics, in particular Environmental, Urban and Regional Economics at the Leibniz Institute for Ecological and Regional Development and at the TU Dresden. Artem Korzhenevych is a renowned expert in economic modelling, especially in the fields of transport, environmental and innovation policy. Professor Korzhenevych has several years of experience as a consultant at DIW Econ. He has been in charge of numerous projects for the EU Commission and has worked on the modelling of “green” growth strategies for various economies. Artem Korzhenevych also worked at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy and at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel. He studied at the National University of Kiev-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine) and received his doctorate at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel.
