Dr. Frank Meißner

Dr. Frank Meißner is consultant at DIW Econ. He has been working as a consultant in national and international research and consultancy projects since 2008. His work focuses on socioeconomic aspects of the energy system transformation, investments in energy efficiency, and the viability of green business models in Germany and Eastern Europe.
Mr. Meissner has gathered working experience at the Potsdam Institute of Climate Impact Research (PIK), as a researcher at the University of Potsdam’s finance chair and at the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS). Furthermore, he worked freelance as a policy consultant for 11 years.
